    Chestertons Estate Agency | Canary Wharf

    Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10am – 4pm)
    Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 base
    On-Target Earnings: £60,000 (Year 1)
    Travel/Car Allowance: £2,500 – £5,000 (role dependent)

    The Role

    You will represent both buyers and sellers at the upper end of the market, delivering a seamless, discreet, and highly personalised service throughout the sales journey.

    • Client Advisory: Build trusted relationships with discerning clients, understanding their lifestyle goals and investment objectives
    • Property Showcasing: Conduct high quality viewings, presenting each property with confidence, detail, and sophistication
    • Strategic Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations with precision, securing optimal outcomes for all parties
    • End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee transactions from offer through to completion, coordinating with solicitors, brokers, and stakeholders
    • Market Intelligence: Provide expert insight on Canary Wharf’s luxury property market, staying ahead of trends and opportunities
    • Relationship Management: Deliver a consistently high standard of communication, discretion, and service
    • Compliance & Administration: Maintain meticulous records and ensure full adherence to regulatory standards

    About You

    • Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential sales, ideally within a competitive London market
    • A full UK driving licence is essential
    • Polished, articulate, and confident dealing with high-net worth clients
    • Commercially astute with a strong track record of achieving targets
    • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
