Client Accounts Assistant
Salary: £30,000
Location: Hampton Hill / Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 - 5:30
As an Accounts Assistant for the finance department, you will contribute to our business success in one of our lettings finance teams:
Main Responsibilities
• Raising fee invoices to clients.
• Chasing overdue rent.
• Resolving payment and invoice queries.
• Monitoring emails.
• Running reports.
• Liaise with internal teams
• Assist with month end reporting.
• Chase fee debtors.
• Processing tenant refunds.
• Collaborate with credit control team.
• Assisting with payment runs.
• Posting receipts.
• Processing refunds.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 preferred but equivalent work experience would be considered.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliable.
