Graphic Designer

• Experience in creating leading edge digital campaign assets - full funnel asset development from concept to delivery.
• Creation of compelling motion graphics for all major social media channels and platforms to drive engagement.
• Animation experience and technical capability.
• Video editing capabilities.
• Design expertise for offline collateral - printed materials flyers, brochures etc., understanding of end-to-end print process.
• Brand identity development experience - creation of style guides etc.
• Highly collaborative style working within marketing but with day to day contact with other business stakeholders. 

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Good knowledge and confident user of Figma and Canva.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations for events and social media platforms.
• An understanding of all social media channels/platforms and design practices.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). – Solid brand awareness and the ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
• Solid understanding of digital and print production.
• A creative and positive mindset with the ability to generate original concepts

Desirable

• UX Experience.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
• style guide development
