    Sales Negotiator / Senior / Associate

    Location: Hampstead

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

    Base Salary:
    £18,000 - £22,000

    OTE: £50,000 (First year earnings)

    Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute.

    Are you a motivated, target-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a confident Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in matching buyers with their ideal properties while maximising value for our clients.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Win & Build Relationships: Connect with buyers and sellers, quickly understanding their needs, motivations, and budgets to deliver tailored solutions
    • Lead High-Impact Viewings: Organise and conduct engaging property viewings, showcasing homes with confidence and converting interest into offers
    • Close Deals with Confidence: Negotiate offers effectively, balancing client expectations while securing the best possible outcomes
    • Drive Sales to Completion: Take ownership of the sales journey from offer to completion, proactively managing all parties to keep momentum
    • Deliver Outstanding Client Care: Provide regular updates, expert advice, and a first-class service that builds trust and repeat business
    • Stay Ahead of the Market: Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to give clients a competitive edge

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards, such as anti-money laundering and data protection

    Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with property sales, including preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records

  • Valid Driving Licence: Essential for property viewings
