Senior Sales Negotiator / Associate
Location: Islington, London
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am – 4:00pm)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our flagship Islington office, representing a diverse portfolio of desirable residential properties across one of London's most sought-after markets. We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, or Associate who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Deliver a first-class service to buyers and vendors throughout the sales journey

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values
Property Viewings

Arrange and conduct professional property viewings

Showcase properties effectively while identifying and understanding client requirements

Deliver a premium customer experience at every stage
Negotiation & Deal Management

Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties

Progress transactions from offer acceptance through to completion

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process
Market Expertise
Compliance & Administration

Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, including AML and data protection requirements

Maintain accurate records and manage all associated sales administration
About You
-
Minimum 12 months' experience within residential sales or lettings

Full UK driving licence essential

Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment
