About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our successful Marylebone office — one of London’s most prestigious and competitive residential markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to take ownership of a high-performing sales department within a premium central London patch. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, a confident business developer, and a true brand ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment.
You will play a pivotal role in driving market share, developing a high-performing team, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional client service across the Marylebone market.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in residential sales, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to inspire and motivate a successful team while consistently delivering outstanding commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and motivate a successful residential sales team within a high-performing office environment.

Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture focused on performance and customer service excellence.

Support the ongoing development of team members through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent achievement across the team.
Business Development & Market Growth

Drive new business generation and increase market share across the Marylebone patch.

Conduct high-quality market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions at a consistently high level.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors, and local business contacts.

Identify opportunities within the local market and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.

Maintain a strong presence within the local community and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Commercial & Operational Management

Review and manage branch performance against budget and profitability targets.

Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to ensure the office remains commercially competitive.

Deliver accurate and timely reporting on branch activity, pipeline performance, and revenue.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and operational best practice.

Take ownership of escalated complaints and ensure swift, professional resolution.
About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially astute leader who can combine operational excellence with exceptional relationship management.
You will ideally have:

5–10 years’ experience within residential estate agency, including at least 3 years in a management role.

Strong knowledge of the Marylebone and wider Central London property market.

A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent valuation and instruction conversion ability.

Established local business networks and strong relationship-building skills.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

In-depth understanding of residential property legislation and industry compliance.
