Location: Islington, London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am–4:00pm)
Package: Competitive basic salary, enhanced commission structure, £5,000 car allowance, attractive benefits package

About the Role
Chestertons is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Lister to join our successful Islington office. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Working with a diverse range of properties across one of London's most sought-after areas, you will be responsible for winning instructions, conducting valuations, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.

Win new instructions and grow market share within the local area.

Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy, high-performing office.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Manage client expectations and provide expert market advice.

Negotiate effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.

Work efficiently within a high-volume office while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
What We're Looking For

Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a sales listing or valuation role.

Proven ability to perform in a target-driven, high-volume environment.
