Head of Property Services
Location: Euston / Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: £60,000 base + Commission
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role at the centre of a high-performing revenue function. As Head of Property Services, you will lead and scale a 30 person, phone based team responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our network of London branches.
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader who can elevate performance, sharpen capability, and embed a culture where high output and exceptional customer experience go hand in hand.
You will operate at the intersection of sales leadership, operations, and client strategy, directly influencing a significant portion of company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead and manage a team of 30 across Team Leaders, Senior Consultants, and Consultants
- Set clear, ambitious targets and drive accountability through structured performance management
- Build a high-performance culture focused on results, development, and recognition
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and overall team structure
Coaching & Development
- Design and implement a coaching framework to improve conversion, call quality, and objection handling
- Develop Team Leaders and ensure consistent coaching standards across the team
- Deliver structured training programmes for onboarding and ongoing development
Commercial Ownership
- Own Market Appraisal (MA) booking targets and conversion rates
- Drive performance across inbound and outbound channels
- Partner with branch leadership to maximise MA-to-instruction conversion
- Ensure both volume and quality of opportunities meet agreed benchmarks
- Embed and drive cross-sell performance (mortgages & conveyancing)
Process & Collaboration
- Optimise processes to improve conversion and reduce time-to-revenue
- Maintain CRM discipline and leverage data for performance insights
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Front Office teams
- Deliver clear reporting and performance insights to senior stakeholders

- Market Appraisals booked (inbound & outbound)
- Lead-to-MA conversion rate
- MA-to-instruction conversion
- Revenue generated from opportunities
- Quota attainment
- MA cancellation rate
- Team attrition
- Cross-sell conversion (mortgage & conveyancing referrals)
- Commission Structure
- Performance-based commission linked to team output and revenue generation
- Accelerators for exceeding quarterly targets
- Additional focus on MA-to-instruction conversion quality
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience leading sales teams (10+ people)
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth
- Experience in a phone-based or contact centre sales environment
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- A leadership style that balances high standards with team development
Desirable:
- Background in property, estate agency, mortgages, or conveyancing
- Experience scaling lead generation or business development functions
- CRM and revenue operations experience
- Experience managing Team Leaders
