We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our high performing Kensington High Street office. This is a prime opportunity to operate within one of London’s most prestigious residential markets, working with discerning clients and exceptional properties across Prime Central London.
You will be part of a respected brand with a strong heritage in London property, representing high-value homes and delivering an outstanding client experience from instruction through to completion.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will take ownership of a busy and competitive pipeline, with responsibility for:

Managing high-value residential sales in Kensington and surrounding Prime Central London areas

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and industry professionals

Conducting valuation appointments alongside senior colleagues and progressing toward independent instructions

Negotiating offers at a senior level with confidence, commercial awareness, and precision

Driving new business opportunities through proactive networking and market engagement

Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
About You
We are looking for someone who operates at a consistently high standard and thrives in a fast-paced, premium market environment:

Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within Prime Central London

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive agency environment

Confident negotiator with excellent commercial judgement

Professional, polished communication style with strong client-facing presence

Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure

Knowledge of Kensington, Chelsea, or surrounding prime markets is highly advantageous
