Sales Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (Saturday Rota)
Location: Surrey Quays

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to lead and manage our Sales Department at our Surrey Quays Chestertons branch in London. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of estate agency experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a successful sales team within a high-performing office, while demonstrating a strong ability to generate new business, strengthen local presence, and grow market share in the Surrey Quays area.
Main Duties:

Lead, inspire, and develop a positive and high-performing team environment, ensuring all staff are supported to reach their full potential

Set clear targets and objectives, and effectively manage team performance against KPIs

Monitor and review revenue and expenditure in line with agreed budgets

Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely management reporting

Oversee complaint handling within the branch, taking ownership of escalated issues

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, business systems, and relevant legislation

Proactively monitor local competitor activity to shape and execute a strategic business plan aligned with profitability targets

Drive market share growth within Surrey Quays and surrounding areas through proactive business development
