Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am–4:00pm)
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic + uncapped commission + benefits

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at Chestertons.

You’ll play a key role in helping buyers secure high-quality new build homes across London, while working with some of the UK’s leading developers on exciting regeneration projects with huge investment potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency sales experience who’s hungry to achieve results, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Call and engage with our client database about new developments

• Qualify and register new applicants

• Achieve sales targets and KPI goals

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Deliver an outstanding service to buyers, sellers, and developers

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best results for all parties

• Manage the full sales process, from offer through to exchange and completion

What we are looking for

• A proven track record in estate agency sales

• Confident, approachable, and motivated to succeed

• Positive team player who adds energy to the office

• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills

• Able to work well under pressure and to high standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
